My programs give you an opportunity to slow down and invest in yourself so you can speed up in the right direction.
You will gain clarity on what you want and how to get it. We will filter out what you “should” do.
You will identify and understand what’s holding you back.
You will gain confidence in decision making and feel aligned with your values, strengths and ambitions.
You will stop procrastinating and finally feel motivated to take action because you will know (and believe in) your “why”.
You will be challenged to create a better life for yourself.
At the same time, you will feel supported and heard. Coaching with me is a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space that's all about supporting your growth.
You will leave each session with an action plan and strategies to move forward.
This is NOT for you if…
You’re unwell and seeking help from a therapist or psychiatrist. I can only assist if you are mentally robust and motivated to enact change.
You're not willing to open up and seeking someone to only hold you accountable. Transformational coaching goes beyond that. We will be addressing some of the root causes of your action (and inaction), helping you understand your motivations.
You're seeking a mentor or advisor. As a coach, I won’t tell you how you should live your life or what decisions you should make. Instead, I empower you to find these answers within yourself and act authentically without regrets. I also often bring up examples of how my other clients experienced a similar challenge.
Your challenges don’t feel significant to you. I can only be helpful if you're genuinely committed to the process, ready to take action from the outset.
