My programs give you an opportunity to slow down and invest in yourself so you can speed up in the right direction.
You will gain clarity on what you want and how to get it. We will filter out what you “should” do.
You will identify and understand what’s holding you back.
You will gain confidence in decision making and feel aligned with your values, strengths and ambitions.
You will stop procrastinating and finally feel motivated to take action because you will know (and believe in) your “why”.
You will be challenged to create a better life for yourself.
At the same time, you will feel supported and heard. Coaching with me is a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space that's all about supporting your growth.
You will leave each session with an action plan and strategies to move forward.

You’re currently unwell and need support from a therapist or psychiatrist. I work with people who are mentally robust and ready to focus on growth.
You need help with job hunting, applications, or CVs. That’s not my zone — there are great people who specialise in that, but not me.
You’re looking for someone to tell you what to do. While I blend in elements of mentoring into my practice, don’t expect me to solve your challenges for you. Instead, I can help you figure out the best way forward that feels right for you.
You’re not open to exploring what’s underneath your habits and patterns. This isn’t just accountability coaching — we’ll look at the WHY behind your action (or inaction).
