Who is she though?

I help introverted and highly sensitive professionals build quiet confidence by leveraging their strengths authentically, without pretending to be extroverts.

How I got hereā€¦

Before becoming a coach, I spent eight years working in marketing - primarily in the tech space - and lived in Warsaw, Stockholm, Oslo, Edinburgh, and London.

I served as Head of Growth Marketing at a climate tech startup, Global Growth Manager at a venture capital fund, and Social Media Specialist at a large corporation, among other roles.

From day one of my professional career, I climbed the ladder, steadily gaining more responsibilities, ownership, and trust. I received promotion after promotion and soon found my life consumed by work.

I didnā€™t mind.

I loved it.

I followed the steps that made sense from a career perspective, playing by ā€œthe rulesā€ and embodying the perfect employee - always willing to help and go above and beyond.

But as I kept ticking off the boxes, I started to feel like something was missing, and I couldnā€™t quite put my finger on it.

My challenges as an introverted leaderā€¦

If youā€™ve ever felt pressured to be more extroverted to succeed, youā€™re not alone - I used to feel the same way.

Iā€™ve always been an ambitious high-achiever - but I often felt overlooked.

The truth is, Iā€™m an introvert and a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).

I thought the only way to succeed professionally was to be more extroverted, more social, more opinionated - basically, ā€œmore.ā€

So I put on a mask.

Butā€¦ I felt drained, overwhelmed, and burned out.

This wasnā€™t even imposter syndrome - I was actually an imposter, pretending to be someone I wasnā€™t.

I looked at myself and admitted, "This is not sustainable."

I began researching introversion (mostly Susan Cainā€™s work) and high sensitivity (mostly Elaine Aronā€™s work), and for the first time, I felt seen and understood.

I decided that if I canā€™t fight it, Iā€™ll own it.

I found a way to succeed.

And I would love to share some of that with you.

It took me a while but I found a way to:

  • show up with more confidence at work and in life

  • take control of my career and how it fits into my life

  • find my authentic leadership style, without compromising my quiet nature

  • set respectful boundaries, without feeling the guilt of not pleasing others

  • build a strong personal brand and earn more money

  • feel comfortable in my own skin as an introvert and HSP

These are the same outcomes I now help my clients with - if you're ready to step into your own quiet confidence, letā€™s talk.

Moving on from a full-time job to building my coaching practiceā€¦

I went to a ten-day silent meditation course. It forced me to zoom out and notice what needed attention in my life. After a few days, I started noticing that I was craving meaningful conversations and feeling an aversion to the corporate/tech ā€œnonsense.ā€

That course showed me the power of slowing down and deep self-reflection - something I now help my clients cultivate to build authentic confidence.

After the silent meditation ended, I thought that realising my vision would mean becoming a therapist. But hey, I didnā€™t want to focus on peopleā€™s past. Donā€™t get me wrong, Iā€™ve been to therapy myself, and I got wonderful results. However, Iā€™m a dynamic, driven and highly strategic person who wants to look forward rather than back, and I felt there must be a career path that aligns with that.

Thatā€™s when I came across coaching and decided to hire my own coach to address not only the career-related dilemmas but also the bigger questions about my relationship with work and my purpose.

I kid you not, working with a coach was life-changing.

And right then, I knew I wanted to be doing the same for other people.

I signed up for ICF-accredited training and earned my diploma in transformative coaching. Later, I received the Senior Practitioner Level Award from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and ACC from the International Coaching Federation. All of this while gaining experience and coaching real-life clients on confidence, self-leadership, and boundaries.

I left my full-time job as the head of marketing to devote all of my energy to building my coaching practice.

Iā€™m proud to say that today Iā€™m a Leadership & Confidence Coach specialising in supporting ambitious introverts, Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), and neurodiverse professionals with work- and career-related challenges.
